International conference on “Buddhism: Traditions, Ideologies and Dissent”: Call for papers


The School of Buddhist Studies and Civilization, Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida is organising a three days international conference on “Buddhism: Traditions, Ideologies and  Dissent” to be held from September 7-9, 2017. 

The organising committee has decided to invite scholars of Buddhist Studies to participate and contribute their research paper in the conference and make presentation based on their expertise on the related theme or sub-themes. The conference will have brainstorming sessions facilitated by eminent scholars from India and abroad on the main themes and sub-themes.

Scholars need to send their abstracts and papers on due date as mentioned in ‘call for papers’ to expedite their endeavour for a successful conference. Local conveyance (Airport/Railway Station to the GBU campus, Greater Noida), accommodation (from September 6, 2017 to September 10, 2017) will be arranged by the university.
