Meditation, what’s beyond?

Every bit in this universe has a meaning to it. One only needs to look deep beyond the point that is easily visible.

Question is who will help us to get there? The answer, meditation.

Just sit in a calm corner of your house without any disturbance, chant your favourite mantra and focus on the different questions that swirl in your mind.

In the beginning, it will be questions entangled with one thought, then the first thought chained with second thought, second one following the third, so on and so forth. Finally making it more complex, but that would be the time when we need to look at what we were thinking. We would need to sit as an audience looking at our thoughts, as if we are in a cinema, enjoying and smiling at them.

Within few days, silence would flow with your entanglements. And gradually you will see images, sometimes clear, sometimes blurred. With these images answers will emerge, blurred in the beginning. With meditation, these blurred visions will become clearer images, which will relax your mind.

And soon, you may see yourself getting addicted to it!
