Social service events during Buddha Purnima celebrations at Maha Bodhi Society, Bangalore


During this spiritual week of Buddha Purnima celebrations at Maha Bodhi Society, Bangalore,  medical services for the needy were organised at various hospitals. Orphan children were served in the orphanage marking the day as children service day and animals and birds were feed marking the day as Animal welfare day, showing kindness and love to all living creature.

A one-day children moral education camp was conducted imparting them with Buddhist ethics and meditation. Apart from this, noble Dhamma programs were organised on the theme of Dhamma – The Path to Happiness.
