At times we don’t let go off our past and it keeps hurting us every time we think about it. There are certain sorrows that we do not want to discuss with others.
But there has to be an end to this suffering, as it can make us a bitter person, who may not only harm his own self but also his near and dear ones too with his actions. And, when we harm others, it results into guilt, thus increasing our bitterness and sorrows.
So, all we need to tell ourselves is we do not deserve this pain, we do not deserve to be so unhappy.
A tear or a few cries will not harm us in any manner. It will definitely not make us weak, instead, it will make us emerge as a brave heart and help us let go off the bitterness within us.
Tell yourself that it is ok to cry, it is ok to shed some tears, which would follow with enormous happiness within us.
