As a child I always heard my grandmother say this one line, “Aap bhalley toh jaag bhallah” (if you are good, the whole world will become nice to you). I never understood what she meant at that time, but as I grew up, the saying started showing its impact in my life.
Though intentionally we never try to harm anybody known or unknown, there are times when we don’t realise that our actions might be harming or hurting someone unknowingly. Often we get caught in the web of trying to give a hard time to someone who has given us even a bit of a bitter taste of life.
But the question we need to ask “Is that worth it?” Should we not focus our energies on doing good rather than spewing negativity?
When we do good karmas, there is a magic that unfolds from the universe. It starts rewarding you and everything seems to be working in your favour.
Let us all pledge to try working on our good karmas and make this universe full of positive karmas, which in turn will make our earth a living heaven for all sentient beings.
